These Terms apply to your use of subhagyaorganic.com<\/strong> and to purchases from Bhagyashri Sunil Bhujbal, sole proprietor, trading as SUBHAGYA ORGANIC SKINCARE (GSTIN 27AVWPB8279M1ZJ)<\/strong>, having its place of business at Flat No 102, X Wing, Omkar Bramha CHS, Adai, New Panvel, Panvel, District Raigad, Maharashtra 410206<\/strong> (“SUBHAGYA”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order (online or on WhatsApp), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.<\/p>\n

1. Eligibility<\/h2>\n

You must be 18 or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.<\/p>\n

2. Products and information<\/h2>\n

  • We try to show products, ingredients, pack sizes and prices accurately. Packaging may vary slightly between batches. Images are for illustration. Always read the label on the product you receive<\/strong>, which takes priority over website content.<\/li>\n
  • Our cosmetic products are for external use as directed on the label. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. [If AYUSH-licensed products are sold later, add product-specific wording approved by an advisor.]<\/li>\n
  • Patch test:<\/strong> do a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.<\/li>\n
  • Some products are sold under other makers’ brands<\/strong>. For those, the maker is named on the product page and is responsible for its label; we’re responsible as the seller.<\/li>\n
  • Product information on this site, and any guidance we give on WhatsApp, is general product information, not medical advice<\/strong>. Consult a qualified doctor for medical conditions, pregnancy or allergies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n

    • Prices are in Indian Rupees (\u20b9) and [inclusive of GST, CONFIRM]<\/strong>. Shipping is charged separately and paid by the buyer<\/strong>; the exact shipping charge is shown at checkout, or in the WhatsApp order summary, before you pay.<\/li>\n
    • We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout (or in our WhatsApp order confirmation) applies to that order.<\/li>\n
    • All orders are prepaid<\/strong> (UPI\/cards\/net banking via [Razorpay, once live]). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.<\/strong> We don’t store your card or UPI credentials.<\/li>\n
    • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Orders<\/h2>\n

      • An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation (email\/SMS\/WhatsApp). We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) because of stock unavailability, an unserviceable PIN code, a suspected fraudulent order, or an obvious pricing error.<\/li>\n
      • WhatsApp orders:<\/strong> you’ll receive a summary (products, quantities, total, delivery address). Please check it before paying.<\/li>\n
      • Quantity limits may apply to retail orders. For bulk and distributor orders, see our Distributor page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. Shipping, returns and refunds<\/h2>\n

        As set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. In short: we ship across India (Maharashtra fastest), not abroad; we don’t accept returns for change of mind<\/strong>, but we replace or refund damaged, wrong, missing, expired, defective or not-as-described items reported within 48 hours of delivery.<\/p>\n

        6. Reviews and content you send<\/h2>\n

        • By submitting a review you confirm it is your genuine experience. We publish reviews only with your permission, showing your first name and city. We don’t edit the meaning of reviews, and we don’t remove reviews just because they are negative. We may decline reviews that are abusive, unlawful, off-topic or contain personal data, in line with IS 19000:2022 (Online Consumer Reviews).<\/li>\n
        • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review and any photos you send for this purpose. You can ask us to remove them at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          7. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

          The SUBHAGYA name, logo, product images and website content belong to Bhagyashri Sunil Bhujbal (SUBHAGYA ORGANIC SKINCARE) or its licensors. Third-party brands and product images shown on the site belong to their respective makers. Don’t copy or use them without written permission.<\/p>\n

          8. Acceptable use<\/h2>\n

          Don’t misuse the website: no attempts to hack it, scrape it, place fake orders, or post unlawful content.<\/p>\n

          9. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n

          To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by using a product against its label directions. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          10. Governing law and disputes<\/h2>\n

          These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach consumer commissions, the courts at [NEEDED FROM DEEPAK: city; suggested Panvel\/Raigad]<\/strong> have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first, so we can try to resolve any issue quickly.<\/p>\n
